This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of The Beach House Terms of Use and Service that you agree to while using the Site and Services. Any terms used in this Policy will have the same meaning as the equivalent defined terms in The Beach House Terms of Use and Service, unless otherwise defined in this Policy or the context requires otherwise.

“Sensitive Personal Information” is information relating to your credit card details, including the three-digit code that appears on the back of your credit card, physical or mental health conditions that may be voluntarily provided by you at the time of using the Services.
How We Use Your Information:
We do not sell or rent your contact information to any third parties. The information collected by us may be used:
- For sending you information about any improvements, enhancements and updates in our existing Services and any new Services and products launched by us.
- To serve you better and meet your specific needs whilst you are with us.
- To provide you with the Services you request from TBH, to help you make bookings for our Services, to provide you with information about conferences and events at TBH, to keep you updated about offers sourced from third parties, based on your stated preferences or usage of Services while staying at TBH.
